Workers Nest hires individuals as independent contractors to service our clients’ customer service, sales and technical support needs, all from a home office. As a contractor for Workers Nest you have the convenience of working from home, flexibility to choose the client(s) you want to service and pick the slot(s) of hours you want to work.
This is a permanent full time or part time job. Our pay rates are competitive and we offer the ultimate convenience of working from home.

We are hiring part time and full time for customer service, technical support and sales positions. All of our positions are worked out of a home office remotely. We work with iconic companies such as ATT, Apple, Staples and Carnival, in which our agents service according to their needs. All calls will be inbound and will never have to cold call. It is the same concept as working in a physical call center where you take the next call in line and help with their orders, billing issues and account issues. You are able to choose the client(s) you want to service and the hour slots you want to work. Compensation is paid on an hourly rate and it depends on each client. Your hourly rate can be as high as $22 per hour with the average being around $11 per hour.
Requirements: the ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year call center experience, but not required

You are hired as a W9 worker (independent contractor) by us, Workers Nest, to service our clients. This is not a temporary contract position but a permanent year round position in which you choose the client(s) and hour slots you want to work.
*NOTE- One benefit as an independent contractor is that you can write off all business expenses for your taxes (IE. Internet, phone, phone bill, headset, part of your mortgage or rent for home office, even depreciation of your computer and other hardware and other expenses related to this job).
